Elisa Amoruso
Born in Rome in 1981, she graduated in "Literature and Performing Arts" at University "La Sapienza" of Rome, then in Screenwriting at Italian National Film School/Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia.
She wrote several short films, including "Breathe" (2005) winner of David of Donatello Award, Silver Ribbon of Italian Journalists Association and Jameson European Award, and short film "Adil and Yusuf" (2008) in competition at 64th Venice Film Festival and nominated for David of Donatello 2008.
She's the screenwriter of "Good Morning Aman" (2007) first feature of director Claudio Noce (Venice Film Festival 2007), the political comedy "Passione Sinistra" directed by Marco Ponti, and dark thriller "Ice wood" (2014) directed by Claudio Noce, starring Emir Kusturica (Rome Film Festival 2014) and "Chlorine"(2015)directed by Lamberto Sanfelice (Sundance Film Festival 2015).
Elisa is a novelist, books "Buongiorno Amore" and "Vorrei che fosse Amore" are published in 2013 and 2014.
"Off-Road/Fuoristrada" (2013) is her first documentary, Special Mention at Rome Film Festival 2013, critically acclaimed, theatrical released in Italy.

Follows Vivien and Roy as their love story continues and leads them to Roy’s childhood home in Sicily to prepare for the sale of the family estate.
