Eric Paykert was a bondsman in Queens, New York, for 20 years. The movie "Good Time" initially only needed the office space for its location and a well known actor would play the part of the bondsman. It was months later that Eric Paykert was asked by film directors Josh and Ben Safdie to play the part in the movie with Robert Pattinson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Astrid Corrales. Eric now works for Queens Defenders, a public defenders office. On his spare time he continues to act in indie films around NYC.
